Enhancing Classroom Learning

RiskEd and Gauntlets revolutionize the classroom experience by gamifying real-world decision-making scenarios. They seamlessly integrate them into business-related courses such as risk management and insurance, business management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. These tools transform traditional learning into dynamic, interactive experiences that make complex concepts more accessible and engaging for students. In the classroom, RiskEd enhances every aspect of the educational process. Homework assignments become captivating challenges where students apply classroom knowledge to real-world problems. Instead of typical assignments, students might develop risk management strategies, analyze marketing data, or simulate entrepreneurial ventures. This approach reinforces learning and encourages critical thinking and practical problem-solving. Gauntlets turn regular classes into exciting competitions. Students are randomly grouped into teams and given a set amount of time to solve high-level challenges related to course material. Whether making underwriting decisions in an insurance course or strategic planning in a business management class, time pressure and team dynamics mimic real-world business environments, helping students build technical skills and teamwork. RiskEd also reimagines traditional assessments like tests and quizzes. Instructors can create ecosystems where students complete challenges to demonstrate their understanding. These challenges are scored in real time, providing immediate feedback and making assessments more engaging and reflective of real-world scenarios. This method tests students' knowledge and their ability to apply it practically, better preparing them for their future careers. Versatile and adaptable, RiskEd and Gauntlets can be used across various disciplines. Marketing students can develop and test campaigns, while entrepreneurship students can simulate business launches and navigate the challenges of growing a startup. This adaptability makes RiskEd an invaluable resource for educators seeking to enhance their teaching methods and engage students in meaningful, real-world learning. By incorporating RiskEd and Gauntlets into the classroom, educators create an educational, exciting, and relevant learning environment. This bridges the gap between theory and practice and equips students with the skills needed to succeed in the business world.

Gauntlets also provide a unique networking opportunity, bringing together professionals at different career stages. By randomly grouping participants into teams, Gauntlets encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas between industry veterans, emerging professionals, and potential employers. Talent& Knowledge Retainment

Gauntlets are revolutionizing how the risk management and insurance industries attract, evaluate, and retain talent. By gamifying these fields, Gauntlets shift the perception of risk management and insurance from traditional, perhaps mundane, industries into exciting, challenging, and rewarding industries. This transformation opens the door for a broader range of nontraditional talent to explore careers in these fields—emerging professionals who might never have considered insurance a career now see it as a dynamic and engaging field full of opportunities. For employers, Gauntlets provide a unique tool to optimize the recruitment process. Not only can they assess a candidate's risk management aptitude through real-time problem-solving, but they can also observe crucial soft skills in action. Gauntlets offers hiring managers a window into how potential employees engage, collaborate, and communicate with individuals they’ve never encountered. This insight into a candidate's teamwork, leadership, and adaptability is invaluable in identifying professionals who are technically competent and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in a collaborative work environment. Moreover, Gauntlets serve as a powerful method for capturing and retaining the knowledge of seasoned professionals within the industry. Employers can leverage the extensive experience of their veteran employees by encouraging them to create challenges based on real-world scenarios they’ve encountered throughout their careers. By offering bonuses or other incentives, companies can motivate these experts to share their knowledge, ensuring that critical insights and strategies are passed down to the next generation of professionals. These custom-created challenges can be used in multiple ways. For example, they can be integral parts of training programs for new associates, helping them learn from the best, or they can be employed during recruitment to identify bright talent with the decision-making skills that employers seek. By capturing this knowledge, companies preserve invaluable expertise and create engaging and practical learning experiences that directly contribute to the development of their future workforce. In essence, RiskEd and Gauntlets are reshaping the risk management and insurance industries by broadening the talent pool, providing deeper insights into potential hires, and preserving the invaluable experience of seasoned professionals.
