Joseph Zaarour
Joseph Zaarour graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John’s University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance. He interned at Scor RE during COVID-19 and has worked for Zurich NA on their Large Property team for the last three years. An outside-of-the-box thinker, Joseph assembled a rockstar team that helped him turn his idea in a notebook into a blossoming company. In November 2023, he was a guest speaker with Nekayle and Robert at RIMS( (Risk and Insurance Management Society) ERM Denver. Joseph has been a guest on the Awkward Insurance and Insurance Nerds Podcasts and received the Powerhouse Global Magazine “Technology Champion of the Year'' Award in February 2024.

Robert Cartwright Jr.
Robert Cartwright Jr. was Division Manager of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability for Bridgestone Retail Operations-Northeast Division. With oversight of over 470 locations in 17 states, he directed all safety and compliance programs. In addition to his work career, Mr. Cartwright has been actively involved with RIMS at both Society and Chapter levels for 20 years, serving in various roles as director and officer for the Delaware Valley RIMS Chapter, then moving on to the Global Board of Directors for RIMS in 2008. Mr. Cartwright advanced through multiple Board Officer positions and, in 2018, was elected to lead the Global Board of Directors as President/Chairman of the Board. He also was Chair of the RIMS Political Action Committee for three years, leading them to their most significant number of contributors in their 8-year history.

Doreen Marchetti
Doreen has over four decades of professional IT experience leading sales, marketing, business development, and channel management for Fortune 50 to mid-size start-ups. Her notable achievements include over 30 years at IBM, leading global sales organizations, and Strategic Alliances with Cisco and Lenovo in over 50 countries. Doreen joined Global Knowledge in 2020 as their Vice President of Channel Sales, growing their channel business by 85% year-over-year during the pandemic amid an acquisition and organization restructuring. She is actively involved in prominent community organizations such as WITI, Coaches sales professionals, and advises several startups and small businesses on their go-to-market strategy and partnerships.

Lizabeth Murphy
Lizabeth Murphy brings two decades of business operations experience and a strong startup background. A seasoned executive with a human-centric leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset, she empowers teams with her unique passion and operational acumen blend. Liz, involved in exclusive networks empowering women in leadership, holds degrees from Pratt Institute and Brooklyn College, is pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix, and has contributed insights to publications such as Yahoo Finance, The Guardian, and The New York Times on startups, leadership, and workplace dynamics.

Vasyl Zhupnyk, CPA
Vasyl, a St. John’s University graduate with a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Risk and Financial Advisory, has built an impressive career over the past six years, interning and working full-time for prestigious firms like PwC, Crowe, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and PRISM Vision Group. He holds several licenses, including a New York State Education Department CPA, FP&A Modeling from Wall Street Prep, IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM, and Diligence Foundational Fundamentals from Grant Thornton. Vasyl’s experience includes performing financial due diligence on buyer and seller-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders, examining historical accounting, economic forecasts, business plans, and annual reports to identify key trends in quality earnings and net working capital.

Doug Clemmons
Doug Clemons, a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience, founded his law firm in 2014 after graduating from Fordham School of Law in 2004. Specializing in financial and regulatory matters, transactional law, real estate, asset protection, and estate planning, Doug has built a notable practice across New York City's five boroughs. He has also worked as a legislative fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives and ventured into emerging areas of capital financing in the digital market space and its evolving regulatory landscape.
